When you keep forcing me to update your app, you lose the ability for me to use it… So screw off, I will just use my browser from now on since you can’t keep your act together.

Before the update to the app, it sucked. I didn’t like going on the app to use it for anything. It kept glitching out and wasn’t easy to navigate. NOW just the opposite

I would rate lower if I could. I keep getting messages that my bill is due but when I go to the app it shows that I don’t owe anything. I’ve been to an AT+T store twice to rectify this and still doesn’t work. Awful.

The app works well, but AT&T’s customer service is horrible. It is so difficult to connect with an agent to navigate issues like moving or ending service.
