Why only addition and subtraction?

This is a great tool if I’m teaching parents or visual learners what my student is doing, but my biggest complaint is it only does addition and subtraction. I would love to see more advanced options because that is where parents and teachers struggle to support their student.

Problem

I never had any problems with this app before and now it isn't working since I downloaded iOS 8

Huge Possibilities!

Now I can teach my blind students the abacus accurately without struggling to remember the steps myself, and classroom teachers who do not know the steps can do the same.

TVI/O&M

Instruction in abacus can be confusing for students and in some cases teachers. This app is clear and concise giving the user the ability to control how much feedback is given to learner. The step by step instruction is very helpful to a beginner learner and a good check for someone who needs an occasional prompt. Future additions to the program in other areas of math would be awesome! I really enjoy this app and would strongly urge other TVI's, parents, other teachers to use this app for a child with visual impairements or a child struggling in math.
