Passport scan wrong
After scanning my passport multiple times, still the birth date and expiry was going wrong. It’s using American format even when scanning non American passport!! The format is wrong so the date is wrong and there’s no way to edit or correct it!!!!!
Please fix it as it’s the only way to login to UAE service websites!

Better User Experience
The intentions of this app is good but it fails to do exactly what it is meant to do. Logging into apps take longer - Face ID works perfectly well and is secure. Now apps are asking for documents to be shared like emirates ID and that is also failing saying try again later. There is no alternative that has made the experience worse for the customer.

Can’t create account
I can’t create my account. Every time I’m trying to scan my passport it automatically closes. Without UAE PASS I can’t fill complaint against university that stole my 24000 $
