Verification
Each time I try to verify my phone number I am not sent the one time passcode so cannot proceed further
Doesnโt Verify photo
App takes selfie image and then doesnโt verify - continually loops and doesnโt progress
Difficult & full of errors
I am not sure how this app stays in business? I scanned my passport and the incorrect date of birth & expiration date filled in. Forget about getting a direct answer from their support team either. They are incapable of answering a direct helpful response. I have to fly to Dubai from the United States to pick up my cat. His rescuer suggested this app for the process. It has been a complete mess and nightmare!
