As with so many of the UAE apps, this will frustrate. Logging into a laptop? Go to the app. Needs an update. Laptop times out. Navigation doesnโt make a lot of sense, trying to find old reports? Not. Easy.

I am experiencing an issue on my iPhone 17 Pro Max (Japan model)
running iOS 26.5.2.
The UAE PASS app opens normally, but when I reach the PIN entry screen, the keypad becomes completely
unresponsive. Tapping the PIN numbers does nothing, and I cannot log in.
I have already tried the following:
โข Restarted the iPhone.
โข Reinstalled the UAE PASS app.
โข Updated to the latest iOS version (26.5.2).
โข Reset network settings.
โข Tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data.
โข Checked all app permissions.
โข Tried different DNS settings.
The problem persists, while the touchscreen works normally in all other apps. This appears to be an app-specific touch/input issue.
Could you please investigate whether this is a compatibility issue with ios 26.5.2 or the iPhone 17 Pro Max (Japan version)? If there are any known fixes or diagnostic steps, I would appreciate your assistance.
