Difficult & full of errors

I am not sure how this app stays in business? I scanned my passport and the incorrect date of birth & expiration date filled in. Forget about getting a direct answer from their support team either. They are incapable of answering a direct helpful response. I have to fly to Dubai from the United States to pick up my cat. His rescuer suggested this app for the process. It has been a complete mess and nightmare!

Avoid if possible

As with so many of the UAE apps, this will frustrate. Logging into a laptop? Go to the app. Needs an update. Laptop times out. Navigation doesnโ€™t make a lot of sense, trying to find old reports? Not. Easy.
