UARK is so helpful. The app is so easy to use. I have heard a lot of complaints about it, but if people just read and pay attention to what they’re doing it’s NOT that difficult.

So many options have been added and I love it! Mobile deposit, something to handle my debit cards and it even tells me my credit score. Good job UARK, finally moving up!
Needs a lot of polish.
It’s a basic app, I understand that. Here’s some things I’ve noticed that could be improved.
*every time the app is updated I have to reset my password. Error “We are unable to verify your credentials please make sure you’re set up for online banking”. Despite having had the app and account online for 4 years.
*The Touch ID feature goes away after every update as well since it no longer remembers my account info.
Other than that it works just fine.

Does Not Work
The app never works. Even if you never set up your fingerprint or face recognition. The app never works. Very disappointing. I’m even considering changing banks.
Doesn’t work
I can’t access my account online or through the app.
Good app.
My only complaint is that it doesn’t have mobile check deposit. Time to get with the times!
