Itās a good pen
The only problem Iāve have with it is it disconnects from the app very frequently but other than that, itās a pretty good product. Iām able to find my pen very often with it but the only other thing that needs is an app for the Apple Watch all the time do I have my phone on me

So I was under the impression that there was a map feature as others have said but I was also under the impression that the battery will last more than a couple days use. Itās still a great product. Sturdy and easy to set up. All in all a good purchase. Now the app leaves some to be desired lately. It says I need to update the app but itās currently up to date and wonāt let me use the app.

Everything needs an app
Never thought Iād have a penjamin that requires an app. And the app doesnāt even work.
Whereās the map?
I thought there was going to be a feature where you could see your device on a map, which would be helpful if it may have been left at another location. The pinging option is nice but the map would have made this a 5 star review.
Constant App Issues
Unfortunately the app does not want to pair with my device half of the time. It will work half way decent for a little while, and then go back to me having to troubleshoot in every way possible for it to work with the bluetooth at all.

This product is not worth what I paid. Terrible quality paired with an even worse appā¦ would rate it with zero starsā¦

Great Customer Service. Howeverā¦..
I ordered two of these. One workedā¦ok and the other not at all. In reaching out to Customer Service I heard back from Emmitt right away and he had a fix for me to try. When it didnāt work, he sent another one right out. Amazing! The new one doesnāt work either. Additionally the one that work, doesnāt hold a charge for very long and app is hit or miss. Like right now, canāt pair it. Iāve had it on the charger for an hour and it still shows as red (charging) it hits fine. It feels solid and well made. Just not yet ready for market..at least in my experience

I was under the impression that there would be a map feature in the app, not sure if that's something that is currently getting developed, but it's being advertised and I hope that feature will be accessible to everyone soon.
ALSO! It comes with a really nice charger. Not like those short cheap plastic ones, it's long and braided, very nice.

takes at least 5 mins to connect
takes wayyy longer than 30 seconds to connect the pen to the app. each time i open the app i have to completely reconnect the pen, plus theres only 2 weak little magnets that dont support the weight of the pen and the paint has chipped worse than any battery ive had. works good. just ugly now unfortunately.

Help UAVA Guys
I can not figure out the tracking ability?? This app doesnāt exactly have many options lol some advice (UAVA Guys would be appreciated) as thatās the reason I paid $45 for ur vape.

Does not ping
I bought this pen specifically for the ping function. The first one we connected via Bluetooth but would not ping. Reached out to customer service and they said I was given a pen that should have never passed quality inspection. So the company sent me another free of charge and that pen wonāt even connect via Bluetooth. Now Iām stuck with 2 basic pens which sucks because I already have basic pens. Definitely a waste of money, do not purchase from them.

App requires phone number
I cannot imagine why this app would need my phone number to ping a battery with Bluetooth. Feels like just a way to sell my contact info to advertisers. Requiring private data to use half the functionality of a $45 pen battery is ridiculous. The pen it self is great but the app is a huge disappointment

Best company ever
I never leave reviews ā like, ever ā but this one company and product are the best Iāve ever had. It even came with a sticker, a charger, and the device itself is a 10/10. I got this recommended by a friend, and Iāll definitely recommend it to another friend.
Love the product
Very high quality product, magnet works well and keeps it upright, I love being able to ping it, only thing I would change is actually being able to track itās location on a map farther than Bluetooth range, Iād pay $80 easily for that with the same high quality Iāve seen so far. Been thrown and dropped a few times and thereās almost no marks. I hope they revise the product and canāt wait for the updated product, happy with what I got for the price!!
