Useless app
You are earning millions yet you cannot make your app work. Im trying to enroll a new account and it wont go through. You have a very few branches to accommodate your customers and you cant even make a decent app for self-help!

Cannot finish the account verification. Always having ang error at the final submission.

App says account number should not contains space where in the first place the app itself make a spaces between account number and u cant proceed with transfer how can we use this so useless!

The regustration process is worst! I cannot sign up to tgeir online banking, I really need to have a business account but the system is very inconvenient!!!
Downtime too frequent lately
I dont know if this has something to do with the merger with citi but the frequent crashes and downtime of the UB negosyante app has been a great inconvenience to our business. We cant monitor our funds and issued checks properly. They need to get their stuff together ASAP

Since the update, my biometrics facial recognition is no linger working. It is inconvenient to keep lengthy passwords. I hope you can solve the issue Unionbank.
