The Union Bank app is very easy to use. The list of actions is to the side allowing you to easily go from one action to the next. The website is almost always available : 24/7. When the Bank has to update, etc. we are given lots of time to do our banking prior to the update; and, they even let you know when everything will be back up and running.
If ever you’re lost, just call (visit your branch if you live nearb) the bank and they will help you through your muddle. I’ve called
Numerous times and have the highest respect for the people who specialize in helping me and others with our questions - some admittedly inane. Yet the associates are always positive and personable.
To summarize: the Union Bank app is well-conceived and easy to use. And the people at the Bank excel at finding the root of my problems and then teaching me what to do, and also alternative ways of dealing with the problem. Kudos to all!
