I love your online banking. It makes it so easy to access my account, pay my bills. There isn’t anything I can’t do on line and not have to take a trip to the credit union in person. Keep up the good work on my behalf. That’s why I choose United .
TERRIBLE APP
Absolutely horrible app. Does NOT track your spending. Says you’ll have money available and next thing you know your two hundred dollars overdraft. Very very awful.
No options
Other banking apps you can transfer money anywhere. You can apply for cards. You can apply for a loan. This app is not the greatest.

Hoping you will get an edeposit option. It’s the handiest thing to have when you receive a check!

For the most part this app work good, as for the bill pay part, they got work to do, only works it seems during normal business hours, and about nothing Is going to post or be in Q on the weekend

Very inconsistent.
Do not “bank” on this app working when you need it. It is terribly inconsistent. Some days it works as promised. Other days not-so-much. I suggest they toss the Dollar-Store web master... and invest in someone who they would trust their life-savings to. As we all do.

Works great...but only sometimes
I love being able to check balances, pay bills, etc on the go. Unfortunately some days it won't let me pay bills. It will read a message stating I need to register for bill pay....which I have. I can try in the morning unsuccessfully, and try later in the day and it works fine.
Just wish it was more consistent because it's such a time saver to bank on the go

I love this app. It lets me check all my banking activity and it's easy to use

The only complaint I have is they do not have the ability to setup direct deposit from the app as well as setting up bill payments from the app. If this was added I will change this to a 5 star approval.

I wish it could deposit checks like some bank apps, but it's super helpful for transferring money. It goes fast and is usually reliable.

This app has changed and is not user friendly when first signing in- they did an update and I have had to call the credit union three times because it was not working on all the accounts I have - had used the old mobile app for years without any problems
Only one flaw!
This is a great app! My only complaint is that it hasn't been updated to higher IOS and doesn't fill my iPhone 5c screen! It will only fit cleanly on iPhone 4 or lower. Otherwise, still works great!
