Needs updating
Seriously needs some bug fixes. It gives notifications. Ex. Enter this contest but it doesn’t load when you click it and you can’t enter! Ridiculous
UBC alumni app
When I listen to a podcast, it stops and restarts every few minutes.
Difficult to sign in with birthdate
Deleting because it's difficult to put in birthdate and won't allow you to continue unless you do enter it. Do better!!!
Impossible to log in
I just downloaded the app to my iPhone. But logging in has been an exercise in futility.
I was born in a previous millennium. The only way to enter my DOB was to scroll and scroll and scroll and scroll until my thumb hurt. There HAS to be a better way.
After all that, even though there is reassuring text at the bottom to say that all alumni are automatically in the system, somehow it could not find me.
Sigh…Not sure the perks are worth the effort.
