The Uber Pro card gives me the confidence to no longer worry about emergencies!

I like having the the card so I have access to my money. The 2 problems I have with the card is 1 getting notification to bypass the pin in order to get rewards. Using credit especially at a gas station when you need to get gas is a problem if something goes wrong. The gas station puts a hold on all the available funds on your card and can take hours to be put back. The second problem I have is the backup repayment. The amount you borrowed is paid back 1st so if you start with a half tank of gas you have to pay back the money 1st and then make enough to get gas. Give an option to repay either 25 at a time or 50 at a time and let the person keep some of the money made.

I really enjoy having the Uber card because all the money is transferred there with no fees and then I love having the hundred dollar cash advance because it just helps me to Put my money in the right places.

I don’t like the fact that you take all the money from my fares to pay back the balance I feel like a percentage should go towards it but not the full amount I’m unsatisfied with that

Discover Card Not Accepted
My bank debit card is a Discover card and you won't let me transfer funds to a Discover card. This is actually very inconvenient. If you allow Discover, then my review would be five stars.

Customer support sucks !!! Was on the phone for 15 minutes arguing with a bot to get connected to a representative!!

Logged me out of my acct now it won’t let me log back in saying error everytime I try now I can’t access my money.
The App crashed and left me STRANDED AT 3am!!!!
I’ve been driving for Uber almost 10 years. I’ve used Pro Card since it first came out. The app and card serves as my primary bank account.
Up until recently there was no problem. However for the last 9 months there has been a glitch when try to access the savings account in the app. I get an error code. I finally get access to savings account after 2 or 3 attempts.
Needless to say this is a nuisance but one I dealt with considering the account is essentially a pre paid debit card.
Tonight, all of that has gone out the window. The app crashed completely. I pulled in to charge my car. When tried to access the app Face ID failed (whatever, that happens more often that not with this rickety app).
I then try to put in the pass code ….received error code 3 time. Not invalid credentials …error code from the app crashing. Called support and the ai automated assistant said update then delete and reinstall app. Now the app is trying to find my account using my phone number to setup and then SAME RRROR CODE AGAIN!!!
Keep in my mind I’m trying to charge my car at 3am and am stranded because I can’t access my funds on the Uber ProCard App!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP
Do not recommend. Hidden fees and poor support.This app transferred my funds without authorization. There is no preview screen showing the transfer fee before you move money to your bank debit card, making it sneaky with hidden fees you aren't notified about.There is no real support team; you only deal with a bot named "Alex" that doesn't understand your concerns and constantly reroutes you to text chat. There is also no safety net if your account gets hacked. There is zero benefit to having this card. Uber will just tell you it is a third-party lender and completely disregard any issues you have with the account.

Uber doesn’t care about its drivers
I was scammed out of my profits and back up balance by someone pretending to be from Uber. The resulting investigation took a week, and which I could not drive. Now that the investigation is over, I cannot earn any profits until the. Backup balance is repaid. I can’t even afford food, gas or rent right now and Uber has stolen my ability to earn the money that I need to survive.

2. Tap Account.
3. Tap on the Support link on the top right corner.

Excellent usage
I have used this card starting doing Uber driver and it has been the most productive experience. Better than a regular debit card from a bank. Thanks Uber for trusting.
