Transfer to checking account
I would like the ability to at least one day a week transfer funds immediately to my checking account. It doesn’t have to be every day and I understand the 3 to 5 days but 3 to 5 days you’re collecting money on my money the way I look at it and the wire transfer should be faster if it’s frequent and if it’s planned on the app every Tuesday for free, it should be instant for free as an example.
Other than that, I do like the card, the flexibility of having that to make purchases as a debit card and for the most part love the way you try it adds up, but I do need to maintain a higher balance in my checking account so that’s why I wish that was easier

Support doesn’t work
Branch blames error code on Uber and Uber blames it on Branch. I know my SS number. Didn’t enter it wrong a dozen times. My Lyft card works fine.

Poor/Confusing Card Functionality and Usability
Like other rideshare and courier service apps, it’s convenient to have a direct and immediate payment option with Uber Pro Card after completing rides. I run into trouble with the ATM limits and inability to get cash back at stores, though. customer support said the card doesn’t support getting cash from stores, but I was able to for months up until just recently. Sometimes I don’t even go to an ATM but it for whatever reason counts that withdrawal as an ATM withdrawal. There’s been several times where I couldn’t access my money and had to transfer it to a different card for a $2.99 fee, or just have no other options because the transfer wouldn’t work. It’s extremely frustrating to not be able to use the card or access the money I make off Uber. I hope in the future these issues are addressed. Other than that, I’ve had a good experience using the app.
