Great app. I would give 5⭐️ however the check deposit portion should be updated so tabs are within an area of the phone screen that they are accessible and app uses camera to zoom into actual check pics.
Unable to proceed
Never forget your password or you’ll never get in again. Every time I click “trouble logging in” it says unable to proceed. Ugh
Fees and play with your money
They charge you out of network for every atm and every time you pull cash. When you load cash it takes 30-60 mins to load so they can play with you money while you wait an hr. And the no other banks like the green dot card. So it’s hard to move your money you just have to use the card and let them be your bank cause they play games and charge you for every little fee. Usually costs $7 to pull money and $5 to load . Stop stealing our money we worked for on fees. Bad bad bad
