Fees and play with your money
They charge you out of network for every atm and every time you pull cash. When you load cash it takes 30-60 mins to load so they can play with you money while you wait an hr. And the no other banks like the green dot card. So it’s hard to move your money you just have to use the card and let them be your bank cause they play games and charge you for every little fee. Usually costs $7 to pull money and $5 to load . Stop stealing our money we worked for on fees. Bad bad bad

like this card because once I finish my Amazon deliveries I got paid instantly ,that’s good .but , occasionally my money kept missing , all of the bank balance become zero so you have to call the customer service and they are like a system issue and they asked you to wait for like 2 to 3 days to give you money back. I’m tired of it

I have my card info on line but I have never gotten my physical card yet
How do I get the virtual card? Do I wait for my card?
In my email it says download the app to start using your virtual card. How can I make the account and ask for your card information? I don’t have the card yet.? they literally says download the app like you’re waiting for your card to use the virtual card. How do I get the card number?
Taking too long to load my payments
The last few weeks when I get done with my blocks it takes up to 2 hours or longer to get my payments. I don’t understand why it takes so long.

1-Not compatible with Apple Pay. 2-Has no tap to pay capabilities. 3-I cannot deposit a check. It’ll take the photo and then the “submit or retake” buttons are way up top and cut off of the screen (iPhone 14+). 4-There isn’t any website you can go to print statements etc & there’s zero customer service.

Random logouts
The app has done this before, but it’s just signing me out right before a block. Sometimes I don’t get the 120 minute till your block notification and when I do it logs me out

Unable to download PDF
I love everything about doing Amazon flex. But this app right here is the vein of my existence! I’ve been trying for days to download my statement and it always says it’s in the files folder in my phone, but it isn’t. I’ve looked everywhere in my downloads, recents, all over my cloud and nothing. I desperately need this pdf to get an apartment and I’m on the verge of losing it because I can’t get a pdf of my statement. I called customer service and they said they’re not able to email it, only send a paper copy in the mail which won’t help me. The property requires the pdf specifically. Fix this issue plssss!!!!
