1-Not compatible with Apple Pay. 2-Has no tap to pay capabilities. 3-I cannot deposit a check. It’ll take the photo and then the “submit or retake” buttons are way up top and cut off of the screen (iPhone 14+). 4-There isn’t any website you can go to print statements etc & there’s zero customer service.

Random logouts
The app has done this before, but it’s just signing me out right before a block. Sometimes I don’t get the 120 minute till your block notification and when I do it logs me out

Unable to download PDF
I love everything about doing Amazon flex. But this app right here is the vein of my existence! I’ve been trying for days to download my statement and it always says it’s in the files folder in my phone, but it isn’t. I’ve looked everywhere in my downloads, recents, all over my cloud and nothing. I desperately need this pdf to get an apartment and I’m on the verge of losing it because I can’t get a pdf of my statement. I called customer service and they said they’re not able to email it, only send a paper copy in the mail which won’t help me. The property requires the pdf specifically. Fix this issue plssss!!!!

Can we get updated cards like the whole American and tap to pay. Because the chip in this card sucks and they going out to easy I just ordered my third card. And can the make the app where we can transfer money from the app to any app because it won’t work on my chime for some reason. And we need an instant transfer should need to take a day.

I have repeatedly contacted customer service to try to link this debit card to another account and have had no success with every person I have contacted. I have contacted by email and by phone and it’s been months of not being able to connect this card with my other bank account. It’s been frustrating and inconvenient

Cannot deposit checks on this app
I have the exact same problem a previous reviewer did - when I tried to deposit a check, the app is wonky. The check image appears on my screen rotated 90°. When I finally managed to get a photo taken, the tiny word button to actually submit it (“Use this photo” maybe) was hidden behind the tiny top display items in the top millimeters of an iphone.
(For the record, in case others experience this, my phone is a Pro Max. I feel like the issue could be in the programming related to formatting for different phone sizes?)
In response to the previous reviewer who had the same exact problem, the “Developer” left a response saying to call a certain phone number for customer support/assistance. I called it. It connected with Greendot,
the bank that provides services for this card. The people at the phone number are unable to help with the problem at all - They shifted responsibility back to Amazon, telling me that they hadn’t actually created or developed the app.
I spent 45 min on the phone, trying to get resolution for the issue. It would’ve been nice if they could’ve told me they were escalating the problem to the next level, that the information would eventually reach their (or Amazon’s, depending whoever it is that actually develops the app for the banking services) IT department or app developers. Greendot wanted me to tell Amazon about the problem, rather than doing it themselves – it seems to me Greendot should be able communicate system issues with Amazon themselves.
In the end a *bank’s* solution to the problem was telling me to deposit the check in *another bank*.
