App doesn’t work
I booked a parking space but when I tried to open the boom gate as directed, it wouldn’t recognise the carpark and would not open the gate.
Notifications
As a parking app creator you should be mindful of letting know your users that your parking time is running out. This can cause people to be slapped with infringement from parking enforcement officers. Or if you have that in place you should educate more to your user on how to use it. This apps are used in uni and uni students can’t be looking at their phone everytime so check if they’ve run out of time and moreover you guys hold the whole amount for the day which is absurd. Please do something about this.

Slow and tedious
Terrible app. Map didn’t load. Even entered in the number to my park, and it didn’t load. Parked in the same place before no problem. This app needs a serious work on.
Charge
I don’t like that it takes a whole days worth of parking from my acc when I’m only there for a couple of hours.
Surprisingly easy to use
We parked at the Paramount Centre and very smooth experience! I will use it again!
Unable to find workplace car park
My workplace recently switched to UbiPark, the app intermittently works and often struggles to provide access to the car park.
Very poor
Trialling this app at my work car park. I’ve found it to be unreliable. Not finding entry and exit points, never finding security doors. This has caused massive queues at the work car entry point
These guys are great...
The app works so well and really saves time, money and hassle. But what’s really excellent is when it doesn’t work or something goes wrong - which has happened only a couple of times in a long period of use. The response time was fantastic and the issues sorted out incredibly promptly. The customer service really is first class. Sincerely impressed.

Parking made easy!
I first used this app to find the best parking for where ever I wanted to go. This saved me time and money.
I have now used he new features to actually pay for parking and I don’t need to bother with those annoying ticket machines anymore. Literally a game changer in the way I park.

Parking can be unpredictable and quick decisions need to be made. UbiPark makes that all possible overflowing with all the information you need and more being added all the time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND from me.

Doesn't work
Won't load anything when I search for car parks.
Disappointing
Love the concept but it seems to have rolled out too early. It won't rotate on the iPad mini so pretty useless in a car mount situation. There aren't many car parks signed up yet (none anywhere in the Brisbane cbd) and it also needs an advanced filter function to allow you to filter out parks that don't accept cars tall enough (2.3m car). The height is there when you click each one so wouldn't be difficult to to include that in some sort of advanced filter so users could exclude all the parks they won't fit in. Fix all that and it has the potential to be a cracker of an app but in its current form, very disappointing.

Great GREAT App!
A fantastic app, super easy to use and pretty much an essential for anyone with a car. Finding parking has never been easier ... only wish I had it years ago it would have saved me a LOT of time.
