Not working anymore
I wrote to ubl uk email and asked them why app is not working and directed to Pakistan UBL team. After using it for three years and now not able to use this application is a shame.
Very slow
I’ve never seen a bank take so long to respond to queries or transfer money in
They have had my virgin money isa transfer for a few days and it’s still not registering on the account. Impossible to get through to them either unless you complain

Very poor App
Not even worth 1 star but I have had to give it 1 to submit this review - It regularly locks up, logs out or is in its almost daily ‘maintenance’ routine so ‘not available’ Probably the worst banking app I’ve ever used and I have many of the major credit cards and bank apps - It is not intuitive to use and details of accounts vague. The developer clearly doesn’t use their own product as they would never put garbage out like this if they did! Also UBL do not appear to answer messages despite their ‘3 working days response’ comment - avoid!!!!

Asking for Finger prints on an iPhone screen
To sign up, app is asking for finger prints on my iphone screen while I’m using one of the latest models so it doesn’t have any fingerprint scanner . So as you have guessed, i can’t make an account coz it failed to provide fingerprints. Excuse me?
Terrible app
The app is very glitchy at best. Struggling to access menus without leaving and going back in to the app every time.

Please Improve the display showing balance. Remittance section needs improvement to make it easier to understand. Do not shut the app at night. Very strange. Many times broken down.
App doesn’t show remittances in date wise and it’s so badly organised that it’s not easy to use.
I think Pakistani banks apps are better than the UBL UK apps. Because no body in the bank wants to improve or seriously want to work.
I am sorry to comment this way. But even the reviews are not seen by the bank.

UBL website and app
Firstly I’m very happy with the rates offered by UBL. On ISA rates, they’ve been either top or near the top for years. Also if asking a question via their site or app it is answered quickly and politely.
However their website and app are confusing and illogical to use and have not improved in the years I’ve been a customer.

Should have listened to other comments
Very clunky process to complete application on iPhone. Took all my details and biometric fingerprint and then said it couldn’t identify me from this. Tried the alternative way and then page froze. Didn’t feel right about this do went with a different bank instead.
Poor App
Multiple attempts to sign in and it keeps crashing. Sort it out.
App does not work properly with face recognition
Every time I try and login I have issues on my iPhone 12 because the app does not interface properly with password manager.
Terrible app experience
It has crashed when asking for my location when registering for an account, I’m not even sure why it needs my location. I now can’t use my email to create an account because the email verification step fails (presumably because it has already successfully verified before the crash). I’ve tapped to register with an existing account, however having realised I have no account number and now I can’t go back to the previous screen.
Tried the website and that’s just as bad, unfortunately I won’t be depositing my money with you.

Really Easy to set up and use love it!
Absolutely terrible
This could possibly be the worst ever app that I have come across. It’s truly awful. Take my advice…don’t bother. There are even spelling mistakes, so you can imagine how much testing was done. This is bad enough on a game type app….but, somewhere that you can potentially be sending thousands of pounds…errrrrr NO.

Poor app
This app freezes whilst trying to open account and won’t let me proceed to finalise the opening - been trying to open an account now for 3 days with no success.
