Great product but push notifications are awful
I love the security of this product, with the Blockchain encryption, I love the event recording, and I love the continuous recording mode. It’s everything I wanted in a camera. However, there is one massive problem… The push notifications are completely silent. Apple is telling me that my phone is set up completely correctly, Ucam tells me that everything is correct on their end, and yet still I don’t get any sounds on the push notifications. And no, my do not disturb is not on and my phone sounds are on. I have authorized the app to send me notifications, including sounds, and yet it doesn’t. So what’s the point? What’s the point of having push notifications if you weren’t alerted to them? There could be a problem but unless you were staring at your phone, you would never know about it. Great product, but I’m frustrated by the customer service completely writing me off and basically telling me that the sound should be working even when they aren’t.

App keeps logging me out
The app keeps logging me out, and then when I log in using my PK, cameras are not showing any image. I have to reconfigure, and then a few days later, without using the app, it will log me out once again, and the rest is the same.

Everything is good so far. App needs darkmode though. Keyboard/background does not utilize iPhone darkmode settings. Too bright!
Amazing product
I have used many other cam control apps like this and wonder how to seamlessly integrate the blockchain concept and features in it. So I bought Ucam to try out. This by far is the most sincere and thoughtful user experience I have used so far. The UI is clean and on the spot. The user flow is very consistent and purpose driven. I have a developer/design background, this app has a lot of good designs in it and work smoothly.
