Identity theft and fraud
I have never been able to get the app platform to work and if I want to see what going on I have to walk into my bank to get access to my account and I don’t share it with anyone

A great change from the prior version. It could use auto-dark mode as many other apps support, as well as a dark mode icon. Otherwise it seems great.
love banking with this app
it’s a bit of a hassle to get set up in the app, but once i did it was a complete godsend. i always hated having to run to the bank to check my balance. i love how easy it is to use. i wish i could see my ira balances on here too though.
Never works
I’ve never seen an app “down for maintenance” both app and website more then this one. Always seems to be in the most inconvenient times too.

The new UI refresh is awesome. Way better than what we had before. Could still use a dark mode but I’ll take what we got.
Horrible app
This app used to work good with my IPhone but it no longer uses my biometrics to recognize me to log in. This is bad when I’m that person who has to deal with so many pass words that I don’t even remember my pass words without looking them up and when I’m out and about I just like to get on my banking app and see what I have without looking up password to get on the system!!! Please fix this so the app can recognize my face to login! Please!

App doesn’t work
Every time I go to log in it says that it failed to talk to server and to try again later. Every time.

Glad to see updates. Wish I could get biometrics to work.
It's not working
It won't fully load, and it crashes. I've restarted my phone, deleted the app and redownloaded it and the problem still consists.

I just downloaded the app and it's already not working, it needs to be fixed asap. I might have to change banks.

The update has caused it to close itself after the opening banner. Please quickly fix because this is the way I check my account

Latest update does not even allow the app to open but as soon as you attempt to open it it disappears.
