Mobile app sucks
By far the worst learning app around.
Response from developer
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. The issue which you have mentioned syncing it is directly enabled from course dashboard it will auto sync give it a try you don't need to do manually sync now. If still face issue please contact at support@ucertify.com.
Really terrible interface for iOS
Not the best learn platform
The apps wont keep the screen on when reading, and you need to keep touching the screen.
This also makes the reading function useless, it will start playing when the screen lock. It wont play it the background either. I need to go to settings and set the screen lock out to never, and if I forget to change it back my battery die pretty quick.
Not that great
Figures to not diisplay
Doesn’t sync properly
Blank screen
App does not link to schooo account
Piece of Garbage
Unusable
One of the Worst training apps.
Could be MUCH, MUCH better
2. Images and tables are almost always cut off and don’t always load (this is not dependent on internet speed, this is a bug), e.g. Foundations of Data Analytics, BSA/250, Figure 1.2: Decision support framework’s table is cut off without an option to scroll right to view the rest of said table.
3. When dark mode is turned on, all text is changed to white including texts in text boxes that have a white background (said white background will not change to black in dark mode) making it unreadable. There is no scroll bar when in dark mode so I don’t know my progress for each page.
4. When using the listen feature, there is only an option to stop reading at the top right corner. Please add an option to pause to the top right corner as well. Pause is currently only available when clicking on the three dots to the left of each section, but when each section’s text is long, you’ll have to scroll all the way up causing you to lose your place in the reading material. The highlighting feature that follows each sentence being read is also inaccurate. It will often skip much farther ahead. When resuming in read mode, it will not always resume in the correct place.
5. Please add page number.
This app could and should be so much better, it should be just as good (if not better) than the browser version. The app should be reliable enough that users won’t have to return to the web browser, but this is not the case. I often find myself opting for the browser instead of this app.
Did they not QA this app? The UX is below par. It is difficult not to question whether this app was a worthwhile use of engineering resources. In its current state, it falls short of user needs so much that most users end up using the web version instead. The development effort behind this app would be better spent elsewhere unless significant improvements are made.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We understand how important it is for the app to remember your last visited page — and we’re actively working on adding resume functionality to improve your experience. Your input helps us get better, and we truly appreciate it!

I see the dev team responded about the resume feature/bug that they’re “actively working on” but not any of the other bugs I’ve mentioned 🤷🏻♂️
Love it

Someone call an exterminator
Please stop the horrible screen flick when top menu bar scrolls to follow. Either hide it completely or just leave the hamburger menu permanently on screen while reading. No one needs to be constantly reminded they're in a lesson while they're reading a lesson. Scrolling up slowly flickers the screen, scrolling down slowly is like a roulette. Never know if you'll get launched up or down 40 lines past your intended target. It's wayyyyy worse on android btw, can confirm have this app on an android phone.
Several of the drag and drop knowledge checks plainly don't work on mobile. At all. The section reading is the worst thing by far. It does't save progress even when manually editing the section to mark as read.
Some text in dark mode doesn't adapt so black text appears on a dark background, making it unreadable. Had to switch to light mode just to read half a paragraph highlighted as dark text.
Has anyone mentioned how frustrating it is to complete quizzes? The only button allowing anyone to go back is gone. And because swiping to go back doesn't work, the only option is to close the app and open it again.
Seems very nitpicky, all of the above. But imagine what an improved UX would be like if all of the above was addressed in some way.

Needs work
- Often while swiping through lessons, the back arrow to exit the reading disappears and I have to force close the app.
- The knowledge check “connect the idea” activities are often bugged and lines between answers disappear off one end of the screen.
- The auto reader stops working after I complete a knowledge check(newer issue) and if I get really unlucky and the back button has also vanished, I have to force close the app just to have the audio work on the next section of a chapter.
- Embedded videos do not play and I’m required to force close the app
