Wouldn’t open!
Worked all day until I got to the arena. Then when I needed it, black screen. Went through ticket master to the ucf app, when I clicked open, just black and nothing to press and no way to refresh it.
This app cost me getting a ticket for Colorado game
This app does not work well at all and is extremely buggy. I had people who were 10000 behind in the virtual line get a ticket before me. I got in the queue multiple hours early just for them all to jump me and not let me get a ticket. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
App doesn’t work
This app simply does not work. On an average, when I try to open this app 10 times on my phone, it may successfully open two times. That means the app works only about 20% of the time which is abysmal.
App Doesn’t Work
For months i’ve been trying to access softball season tickets through the gameday app. The app always says data can’t be accessed because in the wrong format. i have to use the ticketmaster website.
No team records?!?
Unless I’m missing something, there is nowhere in the app that I can go to just check a team’s season win/loss record. If I want to know what the baseball team’s record is, I need to go to the schedule tab and individually count up wins and losses, while navigating monthly tabs because that’s the only way to even view the schedule. Having the teams win/loss record easily available to view seems like the most basic thing you can incorporate in an athletics app….

Purchasing game tickets
Hey there! I just wanted to share my thoughts on the mobile app for purchasing game tickets. I recently used it to buy a ticket for a football game and I have to say, I was really impressed! Finding the game I wanted to attend was super easy and the process for buying the ticket was seamless. The app was also really user-friendly and intuitive, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I’m really satisfied with the app and will definitely use it again!

Won’t get rid of notification badge
Can’t get rid of notification badge no matter where I go in app.

Horrible app that doesn’t work
I have tried for the past 2 games to get my tickets and this app fails to work every time. I got to claim my student pass and nothing shows up so I exit the app then come back and then it says “you may only claim one ticket” so I check to see if my tickets are there and what do you know they aren’t there I wish there was someone to talk to to get this figured out!

So many bugs and issues since I got it about 2 years ago. You have to be VERY patient with it and sometimes even come back later to see if it’ll work. Hoping it will improve in the future.

Never works with tickets
This app is so bad. Never syncs with the tickets in my account. I have to just use the website every time. App is a waste of time.
Loading my profile
I’ve had a UCF account for years! Tried using app and it says can’t find user account doesn’t exist. Had to create a new account in the app. Now it doesn’t link to Ticketmaster to manage my tickets. Also no profile info is coming into the app from my account when I log in. I’ve had issues with the app all last year too.

So annoying
This is *THE* most annoying app I have ever downloaded. Every hour they send a notification BEGGING you to download a ticket to a game 2 weeks from now. Calm down with the notifications. Deleted and will only redownload minutes before I need it.
Not useful as digital ticket
I used to be able to view my tickets in the app. Now the “Tickets” tab just redirects to Safari, where I can sign in and view, but can’t add to Apple Wallet. When I go back to the app, it doesn’t recognize that I’m signed in.

If your add to Apple wallet feature isn’t working go to the view ticket/ season pass button and sign in it works then
