Can’t cancel
I did not purchase this through my Apple subscriptions and there’s no way to cancel this. Customer service just keeps ignoring me and I have to dispute my credit card over and over.

Terrible app
Terrible customer service and terrible app do not recommend.. I can never watch any of my footage takes forever to load when I can and it turns my motion detection off every day, not cool. I’ve reached out to them multiple times expressing my concerns and have not received any response from them at all.

New update is annoying pop-up window
New update app for full-time recording constantly every five minutes getting a pop-up even though you selected for full-time record recording warning you and freezing the footage that the full-time recording deplete your battery and choose up a lot of data and that the device is going into sleep mode every five minutes regardless of what you do turn off notifications deselect sleep mode. Why even have the option to full-time record regardless of data usage and battery life forcing you to select it? And freezing the very footage you’re trying to obtain even though you turn off notifications on all avenues it still pops up even if you deregister yourself from admin and only put as a visitor you still get the same pop-up. And when it pops up it freeze the footage even though you have set up the device to be 24 seven streaming. It freezes the footage which then disconnects the device into sleep mode even though you have the selected sleep mode and choose to stream the footage 24 seven regardless of data usage and battery depletion. And even though you’ve selected the option and this is what you choose it prevents you from doing it. Why even have the option to allow you to 24 seven stream uninterrupted? Disconnecting you from the device you need to fix this as this is what I bought the device for prior to this update. There was no problem. You could stream 24 seven no disruption no pop-up no disconnection? No freezing. It was perfect as some people are using this as a security device. Now you have bottle next to your own device into one avenue of usage.
Please fix device or I will. No longer be using it and go somewhere else prior to this update. You had more control more options. Now you do not constant interruption constant pop-ups constant disconnect and reconnect.

Working well again
Updated review 6-17-26...the newest update has seemed to fix my connection issues. Thanks Ucon. Happy again since our property is remote and we rely on the cameras for scouting wildlife. I have 2 cameras and both are now working. End of update. Ever since the latest update connection to the cameras is almost impossible. It also changes my settings and I have to physically be able to connect to the camera to change from picture to video from card to cloud and turn off the led indicator. After paying for 6 months cloud storage I'm not happy.

SCAM
Paid for two, 1 yr 4G subscriptions. They got turned off 90 days later. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT online or at a toll free number. They stole over $200 in &G service from me. DO NOT BUY UCON.
