Billing issues
The description says that I can subscribe through the App store. When I go through the menu to subscribe to 4g and cloud services, it sends me to a page where I have to enter a credit card, not through the Apple Store. Am I missing something?

I have owned and used this app and there product 2 trail cams for about 3 years now, the product it’s self not to bad worth the money for sure. They just changed their subscription to only able to pay every 6months to a 1yr no more monthly. And for that reason alone I will never use them again. They are based out of China and now they want you to PayPal them completely unacceptable. Do not trust this company taking away month subscription says a lot.

Budget camera with budget functionality
Wide angle camera is great, when it would actually be triggered to take a photo. Tried adjusting settings every which way and no luck.
Unlike SPYPOINT, this system has separate cellular AND cloud storage fees. Absolutely cannot not recommend this system. Stick with SPYPOINT for extended reliability and simple cloud/ app exchange plans.

Camera is not waterproof
We set this up at our cabin in Maine last year and it worked fine for several months, then it stopped. Since we live two thousand miles away, I wasn’t able to address the issue until now when we returned this summer and.. opening the back of the camera, noticed water inside. Now the battery doesn’t hold a charge and the camera is malfunctioning. I wanted to cancel my auto renewal for the cloud and cellular service, so reached out to UCON and it took awhile before they responded.
Overall, we liked the camera, but it was faulty, not waterproof.

Would give zero stars! Nonexistent customer service and the damn cameras don’t work half the time
Half of the times these cameras either do not work or only take photos. You can be sitting right next to it and try to connect through the app and it will spin endlessly. Customer support is a joke because THEY NEVER RESPOND’
