- Spent Hours Tracking on Mobile Spent Hours are now available on the Plan Mobile app, allowing eligible users to view and update actual effort directly from their mobile devices. If you are a Team member or a higher role, you can view Spent Hours logged against a work item. Team members, Work item leads, and higher roles can add Spent Hours while the work item is in the In Progress state. Newly added hours are cumulative, ensuring that each entry contributes to the total Spent Hours recorded for the work item. To maintain workflow controls, Spent Hours cannot be added when a work item is in To Do, For Approval, or Complete states. The system prevents invalid entries, such as negative values, and displays an appropriate validation message when such updates are attempted. Adding Spent Hours does not affect the lifecycle of the work item. The work item remains in its current state after hours are logged. - Display and Edit Progress in Units on Mobile: Plan mobile now allows Team Members and above to view Planned Units, Completed Units, Unit of Measure, and Percentage Complete for work items. Completed Units can be updated only in the To Do and In Progress states. Percentage Complete is recalculated automatically based on Completed Units and Planned Units. Updating Completed Units from zero to a value greater than zero automatically moves the work item to In Progress. When Completed Units equal Planned Units, team members move the work item to For Approval, while work item leads and above move it directly to Complete. Completed Units cannot exceed Planned Units and become read-only in all other states. BUG FIXES: - Work Item Creation and Hierarchy Improvements: 1. Now, work items created from mobile appear in the parent item selection list, allowing you to create parent-child hierarchies without interruption. Previously, mobile-created work items were missing from the parent listing. 2. Now, child work items automatically inherit the Start Date and Finish Date from their selected parent work item. Previously, child items displayed incorrect or default dates instead of matching the parent. - Board Experience Improvements: 1. Now, only selected or pinned boards appear in the Board field during work item creation. Previously, unselected or unpinned boards were incorrectly available for selection. 2. Now, duplicate board alerts display consistent and grammatically correct messaging. Previously, the alert contained incorrect capitalisation in the word "already". - Work Item Information and Display Fixes: 1. Now, the Issues header displays a count only when issues exist. Previously, the header showed "Issues (0)" even when no issues were present. 2. Now, previously saved dates and times are retained and displayed correctly when reopening the date picker from the Info panel. Previously, incorrect default values or current date and time could appear instead of the saved values. 3. Now, date fields in the work item listing maintain consistent padding, alignment, and text display. Previously, dates could appear truncated or show inconsistent spacing across refresh states.
