This app was working wonderful at the beginning. However, I’m not able to do change some settings of the time because there is no update. i’m still waiting for an update.
No Longer works correctly
I’ve had the switch for a couple of years and really enjoyed it. I was able to set a schedule successfully.I’m not certain what happened but now I am unable to modify the schedule.Whenever I attempt to it pops up it says upgrade now. when I tell it yes I then get a banner that says it’s no longer supported in my region. I emailed the owner as of now I have not heard from him or her. I would not recommend this Wi-Fi switch.

Worthless
Tried everything to connect smart outlets . Always failed. Not at all clear how to add devices.
Great operational app!
I’ve been in the electrical trade for over fifty years, so I’m speaking from experience. The switches and outlets I control with this app make my life safer and more convenient. I can schedule lights to come on and turn off at any time of the day and day of the week. I can remotely turn lights on and off also whether I’m home or not. These features allow for having a secure home when I’m here and away and it’s quite easy to install and manage. Five Stars!

Horrible.
The app has horrible English. The text runs out of room and you miss what I believe might be important information? My device will not connect to WiFi at all and it come with zero instructions

Idiots
You updated your app and now ALL OF MY DEVICES ARE NOT CONNECTING. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THESE WORKED FOR 3 years and now no longer work. Connect. Turn on. Turn off. They are even bigger pieces of junk than when I bought them.

Awesome until power goes out
This works great until you have a power outage then all the devices go offline and you lose control. You have to have someone physically unplug everything to get a reset. Not always convenient.
No Alexa Integration
If the devices and app worked with Alexa then I would give it FIVE stars. Unfortunately it only works with their app.
No customer service
I cannot start to install the app without a validation code which I cannot seem to get the company to send. Piece of crap

Wifi-not Alexa
I'm using this app with ORA smart wifi plugs. You have to snap a picture of the qr code included on the instructions that come with the plug. That will take you to the App Store for the correct app. Download-duh. Enter your cell number then it will send you a numeric code. Enter that and a new password. Attention!!! Only letters and numbers! No characters. I had to use a translator because the message I was getting was in Chinese. Be sure that the product is on detect-flashing blue-and proceed.

You can control the plugs for the app but I haven't figured out how to get Alexa to recognize them.
That's the reason for 3 stars.
If they can get this to Alexa I would increase to 4 stars.

Tuya Smart
I bought an ora smart device and the packaging included provided a QR link to this package. However when I went to connect it to Alexa I could not find a smart app. I found an email from the seller that indicated that you need to download the Tuya Smart for this functionality . Hope that helps other folks reading reviews.

Does Not Work
Cannot use any of the devices that use this app, don't buy any, I repeat, Do Not Buy any device that uses UC home for control. I have tried over twenty times and several devices to get app to work. Does not work so anything you buy that uses this app, also cannot work.

Works As Described
I use this app to control several Ora Smart Plugs. The interface feels a little unrefined, but the app works as promised. Connection to controlled devices was quick and easy over home WiFi. The app allows users to set day-specific on/off times and multiple on/off times per day. Users can also set on-only or off-only times -- useful for making sure a plug powers off at a specified time if accidentally left on. Recommended.

Deserves a 0 star no support for app or products
Bought several outlets that use this app and are supposed to support Amazon Echo Dot / Alexa. They don't work with the app or Alexa. It's all China made junk. The company HausBell has a German name but they are based in California and run a Chinese import business.
The product instructions are poorly translated Chinese and this app still has Chinese characters in it. Getting them to work is tricky because the directions don't make sense.
The worst part is this app doesn't even support the outlets that use it. You cannot create tasks in the app to turn on or off the HausBell outlets.
Cheap worthless products tied to an app that doesn't support the products that use it and no responses to support requests.
