Gets stuck “verifying login information”. Sometimes removing the app and replacing it can help. I’ve done that many times, right now it’s still stuck and continues to be stuck. I have to rely on the browser. In my experience, this app is terrible. my phone and app are up-to-date, i’ve done my part, I think UCU need remove and then update their programmers.

Automatic mobile deposit

Among best Apps of its kind
Three are only a few things one can’t do on this app and what it can do it does flawlessly. Really 4.5 stars and I’ve yet to experience a 5 star app.

Sometimes when logging in the app screen only shows quick balance as a choice, that does not work.
Userpass lockout — app doesn’t work
Recently, the UCU app stopped working and tells me “USERPASS LOCKOUT” when trying to log in. Maybe a new update, not sure. It’s very frustrating when I need to check how much is in my account

USERPASS Lovkout
As I’ve seen other people here say, I am also experiencing the USERPASS Lockout problem when I try to login with the right credentials. I’ve contacted UCU about it three times now and they have not been able to fix it. App is useless to me at this point.

For weeks now, I try to log on and the loading circle spins for a long time and then eventually says that the request timed out.

Can’t log in... USERPASS LOCKOUT pops up??
Locked out of account with correct password
Every time I try and log into my account now with the correct login information, it says USERPASS LOCK OUT and will not let me into my account. I know the credentials are right as I just updated my password and the mobile site is letting me login. Please fix
Great, easy to use bank app
It even works with my biometric scanner on my iPhone so I don’t have to remember complicated passwords. Very easy and quick to use. Thank you!
Can't review history
Got a new phone and it won't let me review history, I can transfer but that's it. Worked just fine on my last phone.
