Excellent, easy to use app.
I compared Udex with several other talent management platforms, and nothing beats Udex. It’s fast, easy to use, and incredibly valuable. While recording feedback is often difficult with HR software, Udex has made it easy to rate employees and submit reviews. The interview tool makes evaluating interviews easier than ever. Best of all, to get my current job, I needed a solid reference from my former boss. Udex made it easy for him to submit a reference in less than a minute, and easy for me to request one from him. Love this app!

Great Software to manage teams
I’ve been using this for a few weeks to help give feedback to my team in real-time and it’s been very helpful.
