No improvements
The simple previous version was useful. The new version is a complete mess. Push notifications with milepost numbers are useless. Should take user directly to map location when notification is selected. Search is useless. Just another UDOT project given to the lowest software bid, similar to all UDOT road projects.

The worst
Absolutely worthless app. Every time I have used it, it has never been up to date or remotely helpful.
Terrible
Very hard to find cameras and accidents. Tooooooo much zooming and then you lose the image and it goes clear out to the whole state. The old version was so much easier to navigate. Why don’t you fix this. It’s been 3 years.
Love the app.
I love the app. I love the cameras. One addition I would love to see is to be able to click on the alert and have it show me on the map where it belongs to. That is like when you say mile post 164 I would love the app to be able to move the map to mile post 164 so I know where you’re talking about.
Road conditions won’t load
Such a useless app. Tried to use while heavy traffic on I15 and nothing would load. Why did this stop working, used to be a decent app
Worthless, updates are two hours late
Years ago this app was the best, now it’s waste of time. You check it out and it reports no traffic but then you’re stuck in traffic. Then when it reports traffic accident and when you get there nothing is there. Information is always 2 hours late. Who inputs the info should be trained how too do it instead of sleeping on the job.

Cameras are nice
Other than the cameras it’s worthless.
Don’t waste your time downloading, it doesn’t work.
Garbage app. Never functions properly, updates NEVER improve anything. UDOT is as competent at app building as they are at completing a road project in less than three years.
Go back to old app
Since the upgrade the app is to busy and hard to use. Keep it simple with the weather and camera all on at the same time.
Feature suggestion
The way the app has worked the last few years has made it less intuitive and more of a hassle. In particular, when receiving a red exclamation alert as a push notification, tapping it doesn’t take me anywhere within the app’s map. It doesn’t do the majority of us any good to see an alert with mile markers if the app doesn’t take use to that location on the map. Why did that change?

Nonfunctional 2026
Screen goes to black after splash screen and intro to new features. Stays black forever useless.
Disappointed
Why don’t you make the roads and the color of the roads a little harder to see. I updated thinking it couldn’t be worse but I was wrong.
Painful
Really needs to see how other big cities do it. Ugh. Like the UTA app… lacking for the cost.
It’s come a long way
I’ve had the app for a few years now and the interface has been improved and updated. It’s much easier to use than before when it looked like an old windows interface and just as clunky.
You can even see road traffic kiosk signs on the app which is a neat feature that’s included. The camera picture quality is much better than before as well.
I tell everyone to use this app instead of others because of ease of use.

Works, but not always well
The app does what it’s supposed to do, but it’s not always intuitive. and it crashes a lot.
Needs an upgrade
This was a good app that we could use to see road weather condition in Utah. Now it’s hard to even get the cameras up. I deleted the app in favor of a better app.
I don’t think it works with iOS 26
No matter what layers i turn on or off I can’t see anything on the map
Nothing works anymore
Can’t seem to do anything but scroll across the map. There’s no way to turn on overlays or various filters. Even the “enter your destination” feature doesn’t work. Used to be a great app and hope they fix it.
Too many questions and wizards
I downloaded this app while waiting in traffic. Before I could even use the think I was asked 27 questions and had to go through a stupid wizard to just look at a traffic camera… do better
