Service takes WAY longer than expected. Plan AT LEAST an hour before you need to be anywhere on campus. Honestly faster to just walk. Some drivers also don’t follow the route and you’ll be sitting in the car forever.

Won’t let me login
IT WON’T LET ME LOGIN. Every time I try to use my old login, it keeps going “this phone number is already in use” I KNOW THAT. I’m trying to log in AGAIN. I just want to go home 😭
Can’t cancel ride
Accidentally ordered a SNAP with the wrong starting location. App wouldn’t let me cancel the ride. Couldn’t book another ride because the one prior was “in progress”.

the times are so off it’s not even funny. i’m standing on the side of the road for longer than i’ll be in the snap because it told me it would arrive at 9:30 but it is now 9:50 and it’s still not here. it’s unsafe to just be standing on the side of the road for 20 minutes at night
