BEWARE OF THIS GYM
Big beware for UFO Fitness in Rochester. Their management is extremely unprofessional and impersonal. They billed me early AGAIN and when I had an issue with it I was told he’s “never actually had someone notice” the difference in billing dates. Then I was told my billing dates changing never happened. After providing proof it suddenly went to well we bill with a 3rd party so I’ll have to talk to them and they have no idea - but you just said no one has noticed!? For the record my trainer was AMAZING
