Frustrating App
If I could give this app zero stars, I would — this app is unusable. Every selection on the app’s menu screen directs you to use your login credentials to access anything on the app.
Want to check the waiver form? No, you need to sign in first.
Can’t sign in? Create an account. Your account already exists? Just log in, but there’s an error with your account so you must contact the facilities!
Don’t know who to contact? The app doesn’t provide that information either!
This app is awful. It’s frustrating and annoying. It’s everything that a “useful” app shouldn’t be. What’s the point of it if every selection directs me to the website outside of the app? When any necessary information I need is hidden behind a login screen where my credentials don’t work at all — no matter how many times I reset my password.
I already waited a year to try and use this app again. I’ll be graduating from UH without having a positive experience with this app

Doesn’t work
They should just let us show our ids or give our number this app is dumb and pretty much useless
