Can’t schedule appointments
Attempting to schedule appointments on up to date iPhone 12 results in blank white screen. Pretty frustrating.
App doesn’t work
Constantly freezes and closes. Impossible to do simple things like schedule an appointment. When I want to see my health record, it has to open up in a separate app. This app is basically worthless.
Worst hospital app ever
U H get the Cleveland Clinic’s software please. You should get a refund on this software and whomever ok’d it should be fired.
Expect the worst
Terrible user experience. Impossible to use app constantly sends you in a circle. Haven’t been able to use it despite numerous tries over the past couple years.
Impossible to use
You need to apps to use. The UH Now app and one for every other practice group that you see. The two apps don’t communicate well. The UH app is useless for online scheduling. The only time It can successfully verify me is when I want to make a payment. Otherwise I am constantly running in circles, re-logging in. I can’t connect medical info even though everything is in the same system. Horrible programming! Buy a calendar and use the phone.

Another Failed UH Venture
One day, maybe UH will develop/use a single software that actually works. But for now, this app fits perfectly with all the other useless crashing apps and disjointed nonfunctional EMR.
Trouble logging in
Despite the fact I saved my credentials by iCloud Keychain, it keeps telling me my credentials are wrong, and even after just one login attempt it locks me out. I tried creating a new account using a different email but it told me my name is already registered. So I tried to do a forgot password, told my my username doesn’t exist, so tried forgot username, told me my old email doesn’t exist, so I tried creating another account with the original email but it told me I already have an account with that email. Which is it? Do I have an account or not? Both can’t be true at the same time. Garbage app. MyChart is better.

Need Other Apps to Use this One?
The hope is that this app would be a one stop shop. The reality is that you download this app, but to see test results you need to download another app, and so on. You basically have to download other apps in order to even use this one. It isn’t intuitive or user-friendly.
Horrible
App keeps shutting down. Tells me there is a map update but does nothing. Tried to use at Cleveland UH wouldn’t help me navigate from parking deck to inside. Worthless don’t bother using.

I barely make enough to get by, but I could still hire and pay a free lance programmer who could create and manage a better app than this

App does not load
When I try to open the app on the iOS 14.0.1, I get the splash screen and then blank.
Doesn’t work with VoiceOver
If you are blind and use VoiceOver on your IOS device, don’t even bother installing it because it isn’t accessible. Only thing that’s accessible is agreeing to the terms. Everyything else, forget about it. I use UH for urgent care only, but I should still be able to use your app to access my records or complete a virtual visit just like any other patient.

Hard to navigate
Trying to review my personal info and just directs me to other pages.

Worst app..
App is to confusing no continuity to drs and labs.. My Dr tells me to email him.. but how can’t find that in either app! Why is there two?
Can’t agree to terms
There seems to be no way of agreeing to terms and conditions so can’t really use this on my iPhone SE.
Not good
Not a good app and very difficult to even attempt to use. No clear way to login. No way to see your personal health record without jumping thru hoops. No guarantee that your doctor even uses this. Overall a waste of time don’t even bother.

App confusion
I use UH for everything this app does not give access to all despite your banners I'm the UH GUEST wifi login process. Elyria, st John, main campus but via your app I have to access each one individually and St John is the worst. Plus there is a Follow My Health app that not all providers use. It is chaos and more trouble than it is worth. I hate CCF but they do this part right.
