Seriously deficient in basic functionality
This app has been about for a while. I expected some updates for missing functionality, but clearly they aren’t coming. The most basic feature is being able to see all of the photos that have been uploaded to the frame. You can sift through a history of uploads but there isn’t a way to just look at what is currently there. And consequently no way to select a photo to be displayed. How did this get missed? If you go to Gallery, there is an option for “Recently Saved” and “Recent”. What’s the difference? I don’t know. The gallery used to show a lot of pictures, but after the recent app update, I only shows the photos I uploaded today. This really needs a UX designer to take a look at the app and overhaul it. Right now it is deficient

Frame Error
i’m not sure why but when i upload a photo and click on “fit to frame”, it looks great on my phone but on the frame it displays with a blurred background instead of filling the frame.. i’ve updated the app, deleted and reuploaded the pictures, i feel like ive tried everything but the blurred bars will not go away. i’ve had the frame less than a year and have had this issue since taking it out of the box. the app itself is super outdated

Warning for network breach
These devices communicate to all devices on the network and in install malicious viruses. For some reason when all it need to do is take downloads of photos it communicates to fire sticks, Alexa’s ect

I don’t know what is up with this app, but it just randomly logs out every now and then. Annoying.

Malicious Code in Frame
I was given a Uhale 10” frame with 16GB storage. I noticed some unusual traffic on my network and tracked it down to the photo frame. The Uhale frame is a known security risk loading malicious code. BE WARE!!! Mine filled up so much malicious code that the system storage takes up all 16GB. This frame is a threat!

Terrible App
The app is terrible as far as selecting photos. Difficult to swipe through your photos without selecting several unwanted photos. I’m stuck with it bc of the frame but seriously do better!

App stopped working
No issues until the app stopped working. Couldn’t bind or find existing frames then wouldn’t let me log in or even send a temp password. App must have a bug and customer support hasn’t answered my concerns!

I love this digital frame so much!! I just wish the app could do more than just add pix from my py. There are pix I need to remove as I accidentally added them multiple times. I'm hoping I'll be able to remove them from the frame itself?
It would also be better if the frame didn't have to be plugged in to edit.
I'm hoping there's a way to move the pix so the memories are together such as holidays, birthdays, weddings, etc. I really don't want to have to delete everything & start over..

Since the frame has to be plugged in to use, it would be nice to be able to view my memories on my phone & be able to scroll back & forth to delete.
Instead I have to sit on the foot of my bed, reach over to the frame on my dresser to find the photo & delete them.
You don't address my question about having the memories together. Currently my son's wedding photos are kinda scattered. I'd love to be able to enjoy that special day at the same time. 🌻
I did find that I have to set the sleep timer on the frame as there's no am/pm option on my phone. I've had a hard time going back to sleep cuz I just can't stop watching my family through the years! 🥹

We were given this for a Christmas present.
It was easy to set up.
It is easy to use.
We really like that you can show videos along with photos.
My mother would like one, but she does not have internet service or Wi-Fi. She is on a fixed income and would not use the internet for anything else, to justify the cost for the service.

No Menu Options or Reset button
There is no ability to remove pictures or reset digital frame buttons or in the app! This is horrible

Not good after initial upload
You can’t log on to the app. Everytime it says log in failed. I have tried deleting and redownloading the app. Nothing works.
