App is not easy to navigate, photo selection is inconsistent.

Shouldn’t require a payment in order to have full access to a system that’s bought

Still no way that I can see to get to connect to a real person. It appears the only way is to leave a review.
Then support team responds promptly.
I think it is poor that no contact information is easily accessible.
I have been provided with support information but this should be available from within the app and the website.
Also, I am reassured that the Frameo+ is still being offered but this is not clear in the promos so the probability is that customers will be more likely to subscribe to the (ridiculously) expense premium subscription. It should be clear that plus is still available.
Transparency is sorely lacking.
I remain unimpressed with the marketing tactics and customer support processes.

Happiness is having Frameo💙
I will be 80 on 10/04/2026. Days such as today with warning to stay home due to high heat levels and Orange levels for warnings for breathing problems. Thanks to having two Frameos I can be happy and content. I just added a picture of my son and his sister on the beach in Florida which makes me laugh 😂 Linda has her bikini on my son is sitting beside her with his shirt, hat, shocks and shoes on 🤣 Life is good with Frameo💙
