Do Not Buy These Products
Purchased a photo album display from them, and it was going great until they switched their business into a subscription model where you have to subscribe to add more photos to the display. This is trying to replace a picture frame that now charges you monthly if you want to add more photos. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Frame and app are good. The subscription model they implemented after I had the frame for a year or two stinks. Suddenly, I had to delete pictures or enroll in their subscription at $20 or $30/year. The new Basic Membership (free) is very limited. I switched to Aura digital frames and put my Nixplay (with the few picture it can display with a Basic Membership) in the basement.

How can I give 0 stars? At first, we loved our Nixplay frames, but they are now crippled as a result of the new egregious business model. I gave a couple as gifts. What a mistake. Now can't update their albums or add photos. The lame responses from Nixplay all say 'thanks for the feedback'. They could care less about our feedback. Thanks, but no thanks -- no more money from me.

Help our NIXPLAY screen is frozen
We’ had & enjoyed NIXPLAY free for years, We agreed to 7 day trial ( that would lead to year charge $29, but when I entered new pictures as I’ve done before, I did not see them on NIXPLAY screen , when i tapped on one picture that I had ‘entered’ the screen froze, please help, karen
