Absolutely awful
Instead of having photos of the grandkids on here that update, we would be made to pay for a subscription. I got rid of Nixplay completely and went with someone else. They are terrible! I’d give zero stars if I could.

Par gave me the best customer service when I encountered an issue with my account. I appreciated working with one representative and not being passed around to others, though it took several days to figure out. He was polite and patient.

We love our frames! We have 2 and one of them had issues recently and Cy rectified it quickly!!! I highly recommend these frames!

The app does have a few glitches. Their customer support is terrible. I pay for a Plus membership and I’m supposed to be able to talk with someone. It is impossible for that to happen.

Troubleshooting frame not working
Had difficulty with frame not working along with the app, I used the chat feature online and JD was able to assist and get the frame to work.
Family Sharing
Me and my family love this app. We have multiple frames across us. We all share our photos through the app and then choose what plays in our own frame.

Last 2 months I have had issues getting into the app and when I do it keeps freezing and unable to update my photos.
Latest app won’t let me login
I’m on the latest version and the app won’t let me login (parse error < character) or change my password (“invalid email address”) and my wife who administers the frame no longer sees the frame in her app. Pretty useless. Fix this please.
Can’t log in to app
I was getting a network error when trying to upload photos. So decided to log out of app and log back in in case that helps. It just sits there and doesn’t log in when I enter my credentials. I can log in on the website. So deleted the app and installed again. Still sits there on log in. Other reviews say an update fixed this. I should have the latest if I uninstalled and reinstalled so no idea what to do now. Might be good for Nixplay to really fix the app.

The latest update broke the app
The latest update fixed the issue I was having with the app.
I was asked to log into the app after the latest update. After I enter my credentials the app just sits there and doesn’t log me in. I can still log in to the website and access my frames and photos, but the app is broken now. Hope the fix this soon.

Awful
App has always been bad. Latest version is total trash. Won’t let me login. Tech help useless. Tell you to “check the spelling”. Login works perfectly fine on the website. Just not on the app.
So disappointed, I have recommended this product to over 6 people that I know have purchased frames.
