So great to share photos with the family and so easy to add and let others share!
No support
Videos suddenly stopped working. After numerous emails with ( suspect) AI no result. Everything else fine but videos just display an error.
Limited options with premium
Great that you can add more than 10 photos at a time when you upgrade to Premium, but it’s disappointing that you can’t manage albums. You still have to go over to the frame to do anything with Albums. Big shortcoming!

Treated myself with birthday money and it’s by far my favourite gift. It’s very easy to use and love that everyone can add pics. Everyone should have one.
Bought the frame now I have to subscribe
Not a fan of this app and frame. Not user friendly during set up. Unable to simply transfer a large block of 100 pics from my phone. Have to do 10 at a time and now it's prompting me to subscribe. No thanks. A not inexpensive device like this should come with a free app and not be requesting subscription for basic functionality. A lot of time wasted. We'll just use the SD card port for pics.

Easy, awesome and great fun for trade show!!
I’ve just started using my Frameo and it is the best addition to my trade show in the last 10 years!
Needs Improvements
Some kind of delete all function to remove all photos from the frame via the APP would be good. Selecting all individually is tedious.
Disappointed
So if you think the app controls the frame. Think again, you have to pay extra for that, so the app is free but other than allowing you to send pictures/videos to the frame. The app servers no other purpose. I have owned other frames and all of them had apps that also controlled the frame. NOT this one. If you want delete a picture you need to do it directly on the frame. Any controls reside strictly on the frame. Again unless you want to pay. So free yes, functional NO!

Tengo 1 Frameo y la pantalla no responde al táctil compré otro para recuperar las imágenes en la nube y pasarlas a otro Frameo pero no me deja porque pide confirmación en la pantalla táctil dañada.

Magnificent digital picture frame.
This digital picture frame is definitely a keeper. I absolutely love it. It’s very clear. The pictures go by slowly enough to appreciate the moment of capture that will be marked in my memory. This is an absolute masterpiece to have in my living room. Thank you for this amazing digital fame!
Needs permission from frame every time so not good for relatives
Went to send new photos and it’s saying I have to get permission from relatives thousands of miles away to send photos again. That defeats the purpose of a WiFi photo frame if I need permission every time.

Great picture frame
I really like these frames. I have 2 in the house. One for landscape oriented pictures, the other one for portrait. When you have many pictures you’ve taken over the years, it’s nice to see them all displayed in a rolling format.
The one thing that needs to be improved upon is the random/ shuffle algorithm. It seems to display the same bunch of pictures out of the whole collection that’s on the frame. I have 1500 or so on one and I seem to see the same 100-200. It definitely doesn’t sample all that are in its memory.

Crashing
I loved this app & bought 4 additional frames for family. Now it is crashing and won't allow me to open it. I can no longer send photos to any of the frames.
Great gifts
Amazing app to be able to send photos to a friend of family even when you are not in the same country. Have got 3 frames in the family now
