asks for parental approval
i’ve never had parental approval set up on my phone and was completely locked out of my account at 3 am in the ER. i spent over an hour in chat support the next day only for them to say its a device issue. thanks united healthcare! this is clearly a known issue that they do not seem to be taking steps to fix. just log in on browser and save yourself the headaches. it is beyond infantilizing to be told i need approval to access my own health insurance information

AGE VERIFICATION
Dismissed the age verification and now the app won’t allow me to access my account. I have deleted and redownloaded and it’s still showing the same issue.
Bug after update
After the recent app update, I dismissed the age verification prompt accidentally. The app now shows access not approved and won’t prompt again. I cannot sign in or clear the access restriction.

Literally useless
Stuck in an endless login loop like everyone else. Genuinely impressive how good they are at screwing up. I shouldn’t be surprised. This is their business model—frustrate the user into submission.
Constant logins
It requires me to log in every time. Loading is very slow. Basically useless!

Login is awful
Fix your login loop folks. It keeps reverting back to the Register/Sign In page - wrestled with it for 20 minutes. Run some tests and fix!
Can't sign in
When I sign in, a one-time code will be texted. When I checked, this App goes to previous page. That means I can't sign in.

I can’t even sign in, it’s an endless loop of sign in, password, verification code, back to sign in…
Terrible App
Have to put password every time to log in. No options to see claims and anything on app compared to website. Just feels like a representative of website which does nothing.
Web Modal Does Not Work
This app is effectively a pass through to accessing resources on United’s webpages, but the browser modal used is terribly fragile. I can’t swap apps to for example input my password from my password manager without the login page resetting. So even the act of logging in, which must be done every time, is nigh impossible.
