If you want to post your property and find a tenant, you have to pay. And it doesn’t work at all. There’s few people use this app.

They lie about the cash back first they told me we will give the cash back after you move in then they said 2 month after you move in then they go around saying we are still processing your cash back and finally after 8 months of moving in still no cash back

Had me go through with the entire listing only to let me know AT THE END that this was a paid service 🤣🤣 Clowns.

Bad experience
Admin routinely cancelled my scheduled meeting less than 12hr ahead of time. Due to the time difference, I woke up early 3x, opened my office, prepped a tour, only to find that the live meeting was cancelled.
Absolute waste of time without consideration for living providers, I don’t believe we got a single applicant from the one successful tour we posted.
