UHoo app does not allow auto fill passwords on MAC
After verifying and checking other apps it is clear the UH00 does not allow auto fill of passwords. The app frequently disconnects and it is necessary to re-enter the password frequently. Otherwise the app appears to work fine. A nice feature to have would be integration with Apple HomeKit.
Phenomenal product, poor app
I’ve written product support a few times for different issues and I never receive a proper response. My latest issue is the app isn’t updating readings while running in the background anymore. I get an alert about humidity or temp, so I’ll open the app and the readings are from last time it was opened. You must force close the app when you are done or the next time you use the app it will display old values. The app itself could use modernization and a dark mode, please!

Does what it should do
What else do you need? The app gives live and historical data for everything the device measures. I want to dock a star because the app doesn’t have a dark mode… but I’ll just submit a request to app support.
Dark Mode Needed
This app has not seen any feature changes in years. I use this primarily at night to monitor the kids room and blinds me with the white background every time. Please add dark mode support like every other app has by now.
Please support landscape on iPad
Like the title says, I wish this app worked better on iPad.
What happened?
I purchased three units. Our 1926 home is going through a 21st century update: insulation, induction range, geothermal HVAC, electric water heater, heat pump clothes dryer. Pleased for a little over a year and then everything disconnected. No response from the suggested information sent to the support email. A lot of money for a year of information. What now?

Doesn’t work
Disconnects constantly. Can’t recognize dual-band networks. Just total garbage.
Love them … only if Uhoo..
Would run the updates to excute during the respective time zone’s daytime hour would make it a 5 star. The flashing LED light during sleep hours is a bit annoying, and does wake me up occasionally in the middle of the night.
Forced survey - BOO
After downgrading from our premium trial - I was forced to take their survey or they wouldn’t allow use of their app. They provided VERY limited, VERY narrow options to choose, and only ones that basically provide them a positive view. That’s not coerced at all! So for not allowing my own voice, my own view - you get one star and THIS honest review. Oh yea… and the reason we turned down premium is because it’s freaking expensive especially after purchasing your already outrageous, expensive priced device.

Useless
App is useless. Product does not work. Returns are not allowed even though product doesn’t work. Customer service is no help
App is basically useless
Overall UHoo is a great product and will be an asset to your home. However the only value you will get from it is by using the web portal.
The iPhone app is totally useless as it constantly disconnects from your devices, forcing you to have to keep re-adding the devices to the network.
You won’t have this problem with the web app, so here’s what you do:
1. Download the app to install your devices.
It took me an hour to install two devices, as the app kept losing the network and the devices, forcing me to reset the devices several times before they finally worked.
2. Forget about the app, delete it, do whatever you want, and just use the web app.
It’s terribly inconvenient if you are on the road, but for some reason, this app just can’t get networking right.

I am disgusted
First of all, I paid a lot of money for this. Yesterday I got a new Wi-Fi service provider. As a result, everything has stop working. I’ve tried over and over. It just won’t recognize the new Wi-Fi. What a waste.
They broke my uHoo
Whatever update they’ve done over the last year has rendered my uHoo worthless. Maybe that’s because I’m unwilling to pay their monthly fee for “service”. It wasn’t enough to spend $300+ on the actual device. I’ll have to throw it away and go with a company that actually cars about delivering a product that works reliably

Terrible app
Keeps crashing on my phone, and the data it shows compared to my other air devices is very incorrect.
Good product, bad software
I’m ready to give up on this. The software is slow, glitchy, and generally not great. Not easily compatible with mesh Wi-Fi or 5g. When it works though the info is good.
Very poorly designed app
The only insight into the readings of the device is through this app, but the app is so poorly designed that it ruins the entire experience.
No landscape mode for iPad
After so many years, there is still no landscape mode support for iPad.
Privacy Warning
There is no legitimate reason this app should need your precise location in order to set up the device on your local network. And there is no way to complete the set up without granting precise location. Apple should pull this app from the App Store immediately.
