App is very buggy always have to exit the app and go back in when I try open it, I have keep me signed in ticked but it doesn’t keep me signed in and there’s lots of little bugs that would be great if you could fix

What is going on with your application. I’m supposed to use it for my work portal but it’s useless, it doesn’t even go into the portal!

No notifications
I’m not getting live notifications when all my settings are set to on for notifications so I’m missing shifts when they come in

Not only does it log you out almost every second attempt at logging in to the app, it also requires minimum two attempts to even open the app.
50% of the time it is a blank white screen when you attempt to open it, 25% of the time it requires you to log back in, and the other 25% it works.
It also seems to have this feature that when you try to verify the device you have previously verified multiple times, it times out and ‘fails to load’, leaving you completely unable to access it.

Continuously clears your saved settings and asked for passwords when you have set up Face ID and every day you have to reset it up. Someone fix this
You keep asking for a 1 star
App does everything but work properly, then asks for a rating - every single time it’s opened. “Let me inconvenience you to the fullest, oh btw, can we get a rating?” Whats the point of asking for ratings when your app is garbage and have no interest in improving? When you need a whole meeting and videos to show people how to use your broken app, your app isn’t apping…. Go back to the 90s and try this model out. *insert windows 98 startup*

Every time you open it, you will get a blank page that says Single Sign on Successful and it won’t do anything else. Terrible company to work with.

Most complicated to figure out
Most of the reviews are 1/2 stars, but the app rating is 4+ smh. You are only using this cause your employer forced it. UKG is the most complicated to figure out, the app is just the same. Both horrible.
Frustrating
UI and sign on are both annoying. Also there’s no option for our associates to reset their own password and we have to call. Could be a decision my company made but I don’t know why we should have to waste time helping people every time they need to change their password.
You don’t want this app
The app is self-conflicted with logging in. It always confused itself when you are logged in previously & don’t close the app then it goes error instead & make your time in few minutes late. And, it takes long time to punch your time on the time card, & also did not record if you press punch without checking the timecard record successfully. Overall, it is very bad idea to have this app for clock in & out

Lousy app
There are so many issues that have already been documented by other commenters.
• Keeps logging you out. Requires 2FA to then log you back in.
• Says ‘Punched Out’ when you’ve correctly punched IN, and vice versa.
• Doesn’t work on mobile data only on Wi-Fi
Choosing this company & product is the one of the few things I can fault my employer for.
