Worst streaming experience
Of all the ways to deliver streaming content, UP have found the one which delivers possibly the most frustrating user experience in the modern world. Did you discover a floppy disk with this software on it? It is very obvious the the whole budget for this project is under funded.
So please explain why you would post an hours-long stream without editing out the UP splash screen between sessions? 7 hours of your great product adulterated by hours of nothing. Then there is the challenge of finding the 20 minute match in a 10 hour stream when it doesn’t remember where you left off! Oh and remember the splash screen… yup this makes the searching resolution about 50% worse. Then there is the way the software buffers when you skip forward 30 seconds. One skip at a time, then wait then one more skip! Any idea how long it takes to find the seventeenth match in a 10 hour stream? The 15 second skip back button actually skips 20 seconds which puts it out of the phase with the 30 skip button. If you want 20 seconds, CALL IT 20 seconds! Thinking of making a tictok rant on this. Come on UP, you are building something great here, have more respect for what you are doing. Don’t accept this pitiful bandaid, go and find a product which can deliver this great entertainment, not ruin it.

Great app
Great app for pool lovers anywhere only criticism would be that you don’t have the option to filter or search for videos making easier to find what you are look I.e. coaching vides or matches from previous weeks
Needs work
Congrats on your new app. I love what you’re doing with pool globally and have subscribed for WEBP but when trying to watch live streams or video on demand the app doesn’t work. Please let me know if you work out the bugs and I’m happy to start paying again but currently it’s a waste of money.
