Worst desktop version

Worst application of ever i used in my lifetime on desk version. Let’s start from home page worst color selection unnecessary graphically representation. You can at least give link in date like absent which directly open leave page to apply. Now quick links attendance regularisation open page to apply opss its for approval??? Search another tab. Another tab and keep searching. Developer should be more focus on user friendly not to show how powerful and full of features program developed. Unnecessary data is always a headache for user.
Hope developers will take it positive.
