App Failure During Market Drop
Very disappointed with the experience today. The moment the gold price dropped significantly, my entire gold scheme disappeared from the app. I was simply told at 11 am that the IT team is working on it and asked to wait till 6pm in the evening.
If there is a technical issue, there should be an alternative way for customers to access their accounts or verify their holdings. Telling customers to “just wait” is not an acceptable solution when people’s money is involved.

Initial login
Initial login was a challenge. Had to delete the app a few times and add again to make the app work.
App and website both are bad
I had gift cards I applied those and tried paying remaining amount.Payment failed so transaction is in pending state this app doesn’t let us cancel or continue with payment. Mailed customer care they just send mails with dumb responses and never respond on time.
App performance is very poor
Proceed to checkout never work to complete the transaction
