App and website both are bad
I had gift cards I applied those and tried paying remaining amount.Payment failed so transaction is in pending state this app doesn’t let us cancel or continue with payment. Mailed customer care they just send mails with dumb responses and never respond on time.

App n website both doesn’t work nd is frustrating,even after signing it asks for otp and when otp is enetered,it starts showing paasword incorrect,one of the main rsn to not able to buy when we are unable to login only.it needs urgent attention for business to run also while sign up in phone number section there is no india code available,pathetic it is
