Ultra Baker is a sourdough baker's percentage calculator built around how real baking works. Pick the loaf weight you want — it scales total flour, water, salt, and a two-stage starter in real time. TWO MODES • Beginner — pick how many loaves and bake. 1200g loaves, 67% hydration, two-stage starter. The numbers just appear. • Pro — tune hydration (55–85%), salt, starter %, old-starter carry-over %, starter hydration with a "Link to dough" toggle, starter proof time, and a flour blend with as many flours as you want — sliders that always rebalance to 100%. A BAKE-DAY TIMER THAT MAKES SENSE Eight phases from "build starter" to "rest before cutting", each with the right time and oven temperature. Once you press start, the timer keeps running and pings you for each step transition — even with the app closed.
