Interval navigation replaces the 30-second scrub: one tap back restarts the work, rest or prepare period you're in, one tap forward jumps to the next. Tapping back twice steps to the previous interval. Fixed: on the Lock Screen, intervals longer than a minute no longer sit on a stuck “2:--”. iOS can't count seconds in real time across a range that long, so long intervals now show the minutes left and switch to seconds for the final minute — and the progress ring keeps moving throughout, including in Always-On. Fixed: pause and play on the Lock Screen now work even after iOS has closed the app in the background — your workout is picked up exactly where it was. Fixed: the post-workout share card now actually appears in the share screen. New: an Apple Health section on the main screen shows that finished workouts are saved to Apple Health as high-intensity interval training, and lets you turn that off.
