Hello, sorry for the issue you’ve run into. I believe the issue is regarding the volume/sound settings on your phone. Is the sound slider button on the side of your phone off? If this is switched off there will be no audio from the app. However, if you have this turned on and the volume up you will hear sounds from the app like normal. Please check this issue and update review. Have a great day!

Hello, sorry for the inconvenience. The crash was caused by a fault in iOS 11. The app was updated last year and it works fine on all supported iOS versions now. Hello, sorry for the inconvenience. The app was updated shortly after your review, and also please make sure the sound switch on the side of your phone is on so you’ll hear the sounds. Sometimes people have issues with the sound not playing but the problem happens due to the audio switch on the side of their phone being on silent.
