Recurring income feels huge
As a creator, having subscribers renew instead of starting from zero every month changes the way I think about content. It makes the business side feel less random.

I’m a personal trainer and used to manage check-ins across texts and DMs which was messy. Now everything lives here, progress pics, feedback, updates. Way easier to stay organized and clients are more consistent.

The website directs me to the creator registration website, not the customer one. When I go straight to the creator link, I log in but the website asks me to subscribe even though I have a current subscription.

Customer is bad
I was being charged double, triple for a subscription. I tired multiple times to get it fixed with customer service and just went in circles, with weeks without replying and not resolution. Ultimately had to replace my whole card. Waste of time and app
Actually useful creator tools
A lot of platforms say they are built for creators, but UV feels more practical. The tools are focused on earning, talking to members, and keeping the experience simple.

Do not get this app. It said I have to pay 9 dollars but really it was 20 dollars scam
Premium without being complicated
The app feels polished but not intimidating. I can post, check messages, and see what is happening without digging through a million settings.

Members recognize each other, creators reply, and the whole thing feels less anonymous than a normal social feed. That is what makes it feel different.
A smoother way to monetize
I did not want to turn my page into nonstop ads. UV let me offer something extra to the people who already cared, without changing the whole tone of my public content.
Locked out of posts
Posts that require another payment to access, after subbing, become locked again after your subscription runs out.
Scam
Do not download its a scam. Took the money first even before signing up. Your privacy down the toilet and its a money grabbing thieves
Amazing for Creators
I was a creator with ultraviolet chat and want to say that my experience with UV chat support was nothing short of phenomenal. Incredibly helpful, super responsive, and care very deeply about protecting creators and content.
Shady and underhanded
The people on this app are manipulative and impersonate their creators to generate sales. They knowingly lie and mislead people. They resell the same images over and over at higher prices lying about the content. When you ask for a refund they give a generic response. They also overcharge or will charge the same fees multiple times. They charged me the monthly rate 4 times in January on back to back dates.

what a scam
they tell you it’s a certain amount of dollars per month. But I was on my computer and they never said you had to download an app. So I can’t even access the creator‘s content off my computer. Finally I download the stupid app after paying the monthly fee and find out every single thing has to be unlocked for more money. This is such a crazy scam

Scam and broken
This app is a scam. They allow you to sign up for a subscription through 3rd party websites/links but to view any content you must download the app. The app doesn’t work though, it never loads (iPhone 15 iOS 27) so you can’t do anything you paid for. You can’t cancel subscription though because you can only do that in app which won’t load and crashes.

App won’t let me make withdrawals And I contacted the help line and yet ima yet to have a update overall poor customer services and support. I have yet to get a update on the problems solution still just overall a headache to deal with having lot as of money there with no access I feel scammed pls fix it

No Real Benefit
App is clunky to use. Log in process takes several steps and creators on the app are very misleading and it can be hard to communicate and figure out messages when you’re subscribed to different creators. A lot of creators are just one here for cash grabs but don’t ever really offer anything.

They need to include voice note messaging; it would be good for the app.

Requiring notifications to be turned on for the app to even work is stupid.
