what a scam
they tell you it’s a certain amount of dollars per month. But I was on my computer and they never said you had to download an app. So I can’t even access the creator‘s content off my computer. Finally I download the stupid app after paying the monthly fee and find out every single thing has to be unlocked for more money. This is such a crazy scam

Scam and broken
This app is a scam. They allow you to sign up for a subscription through 3rd party websites/links but to view any content you must download the app. The app doesn’t work though, it never loads (iPhone 15 iOS 27) so you can’t do anything you paid for. You can’t cancel subscription though because you can only do that in app which won’t load and crashes.

Prettty bad so far
App won’t let me make withdrawals And I contacted the help line and yet ima yet to have a update overall poor customer services and support. I have yet to get a update on the problems solution still just overall a headache to deal with having lot as of money there with no access I feel scammed pls fix it

No Real Benefit
App is clunky to use. Log in process takes several steps and creators on the app are very misleading and it can be hard to communicate and figure out messages when you’re subscribed to different creators. A lot of creators are just one here for cash grabs but don’t ever really offer anything.

Very confusing
As a software developer, this app was painful to log in and to use. Too many steps, re-auth flows, etc. Profile picture required on first login, AFTER the user has already paid?! Screenshotted the error message I saw for that ridiculousness, and the app scolded me about screenshots - on my own user profile screen. Then I finally got to the actual app (not the onboarding) and was completely confused as to what I was looking at. A profile tab (with one post - despite the web site showing 5 apparent blurred posts on this profile), a people tab (I guess? Same single post), and a DMs tab.

Watch out this app is a scam, they do not pay you out while pretending to fix an issue. Do not create an account they will only use it to scam you and your followers.
Content doesn’t load
For some reason it takes content forever to load, if at all. Incredibly frustrating to use

Terrible UI
Crazy how poorly designed this app is in 2026. Developers definitely prototyped the navigation on Canva or something.
Terrible company and app
Forced to download app from the website even after the website misleads you as if there would be access on browser. Takes your money before you even sign up for an account. App barely works and only exists as a way to collect data from people. Requires email and phone number just to sign into the account for something you’ve already paid for. Probably actual criminals stealing data.

I never leave reviews but this app is wack and poorly made. I am still being charged even though I have no active subscriptions and customer service is awful gaslighting me into thinking I do have a recurring payment. As for content, everything is behind a paywall even after subscribing to a particular club. I want nothing to do with this service

The only qualm I have is the “mandatory push notifications” that’s a little excessive and annoying.
Wont Cancel Subscription!!!
Creator went away but they’re still charging me for a subscription I don’t have access to anymore!!!!!
Scammers
They take payment and establish a subscription before registering you as a user. They refuse to cancel the subscription unless you register as a user despite recording your details in their payment system. They have just charged me a subscription fee despite me requesting a cancellation multiple times in violation of consumer law. Do not use this service. They are scammers.

Refusing to cancel subscription
I subscribed via Apple Pay assuming it would show up in Apple subscriptions. It does not. I have contacted Ultraviolet support and they are claiming they cannot cancel my subscription.
