A Wasted Opportunity
Capability differences between the iPhone app when compared to the google phone or web browser instances. The iPhone app does not retain vehicle details for future use, the bookings view does not contain all bookings, an all day booking really means 8am to 8pm and the car park map view or the parking space view does not contain any of the information submitted when making the request. All this information is contained in the browser view, which defeats the object of a phone app which is meant to be the go to place for convenience! If these basic features were catered for, it would be transformational for the end user.

No longer showing bookings
Really slow and no longer shows my bookings or let’s me check in
Features over form - making it slow and really heavy, poor UX
It doesn’t look like there’s a UX designer on the team and you need one.
1. SLOW. This app is just so slow and draining. I have a 6 minute walk between the tube and the office where I hope to just glance at what desks are available that day and hopefully book one. But more often than not I still don’t know by the time I reach the office and sometimes just end up walking around desks or asking people - for me it doesn’t deliver basic functionality as it’s so slow.
2. So I often just use it in list form, but the desk descriptions all go off the screen / too long and I can’t see the actual desk numbers and when you click on it to look at the desk number it books you that desk, so Russian roulette.
3. When I open it it turns off my audio (why is me listening to the radio a problem for a desk booker app?).
4. it takes forever (sometimes several refreshes) to load a floor plan (why?).
5. I wanted to feedback through its chat and everything I wrote it just said ‘sorry I don’t understand’ - that’s not chat it’s a unhelpful bot.
An app should be light and quick and easy to use but this seems over-engineered, no care for UX and cumbersome to use.

Horrible clunky app
It’s so frustrating to use. UI and CTAs are rubbish
Brilliant.
Great app to book desks and rooms before attending the office.
