I cannot log on therefore I cannot cancel my subscription. My email is not found.

I thought this would be a helpful app. Well, I still haven’t used it. I’ll be deleting the app. Their customer service is nonexistent. I’ve tried several times to get a response from someone regarding my account and nobody ever responds. Don’t download the app! It’s created more stress than help. Terrible.

Fraud!! I had to change my bank card because they would not stop billing after email after email! Contacts support, I contacted face book. And the live chat! After 5 months they would not stop!

This app is a scam
File your complaints with the FTC cause they refuse to give refunds. Everyone who downloads this app faces the same issue. After you sign up for a trial, you cannot access your account. Therefore, you cannot cancel before they charge you for the service. Dispute with your bank. Company is based in Delaware. File complaint with inspector general in Delaware and your state as well.

App doesn’t work
This app doesn’t work, and I am unable to contact support. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back.
Total scam they take your money and don’t answer emails
The app was a little complicated and they charged me. I contacted them a day later sent two emails. They didn’t respond since the third email still didn’t respond. I got charged again for the second time and no one had responded so I called the customer service number they said I would only get one month back since the other one. I reached out after I was charged.It’s very enticing as an app but not worth it

Unabel to cancel
Unable to cancel . I have e mailed several times to cancel and had no response from this company. I have called several times a got no answer . This is a scam . I don’t know who to contact next . Don’t get involved with this.

Repeatedly told my account does not exist, and yet they keep charging me. Horrible service. Customer support has now called me back three times within ten minutes after I attempted to contact them but hung up myself. Run as far as you can from this scam.

I saw another reviewers comment where she said that she had signed up online and was unable to get anyone to respond for customer service. When I just tried to do the same thing happened it said I had no active credentials however I un capitalized the first letter in my email because I saw that it capitalized my first letter and on the website it was lowercase and I was able to get into it. I will update this but so far I like what I see.

Purchased access to the app through the website. My credentials do not show up in the app as an active user. Have not received any response from support email regarding this.
Unauthorized charges
They have tried charging me one 2.00 charge and one 19.99 charge. I did a charge back with my bank. Horrible!!
