Fake features and fake profiles
I have recently started using my phone for the same purpose but it’s been very difficult and frustrating and the only way that I’ve found out about this new technology to help with this problem was by doing the following exercises that were very helpful to my anxiety attacks that were really hard and very difficult for my brain and the ones where the problem came to my mind is when you do this you don’t want me and then when you’re trying not being able enough for the other people so that makes you feel better I just don’t know what you mean to me and it’s hard and I’m just really trying and I’m just not really trying but I’m just kind and honest to myself and it’s hard for you to understand how much of that makes it difficult

Beg for your own money
I have been trying to withdraw money from my epfo account from last 2 months but it is showing that I don’t have permission to use this service. After sometime somehow it started and sent me OTP I entered it and at last step it thrown an error saying there is a technical issue at their site. To get support for this I tried to contact them on their support number but it is not working. Email I sent through umang app but the in my sent email folder I couldn’t find that I sent them. Chat support keeps rotating and comes back to homepage. It is giving me a feeling that I am begging for my own money. Worst government and worst service through their worst app.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

UMANG: One App to Collect Every Broken Govt App
This app is exhausting. UMANG is basically a bundle of the worst govt app experiences, and EPFO inside it is the worst of the lot.
EPFO keeps sending you in circles. It asks for bank account verification even when the bank account is already verified and visible in the profile. EPFO Grievance registration asks for UAN even though I’m already logged in and the app is obviously pulling my passbook/details from that same UAN. Then when I enter the UAN, it says “OTP limit reached, try again in 24 hours”… but there is no OTP field anywhere and no OTP is even sent. So I’m locked out by an OTP that doesn’t exist. Brilliant.
At this point it honestly feels less like bugs and more like deliberate roadblocks so people give up on withdrawals or complaints.
Even UMANG’s feedback box is broken — it doesn’t accept spaces. Almost feels intentional so they can discard complaints as unreadable.
Please fix the basics: stop redundant verification loops, make grievance flow logical, and don’t block users with phantom OTP and verification errors.

UAN activation
I have been desperately trying to activate my UAN for the past few days, and all I keep getting is the same useless “unexpected error occurred” message over and over again. This is beyond pathetic. For a platform that people depend on for such an important service, this level of incompetence is shocking. I am in the middle of a financial emergency and need to withdraw money from my PF account — but thanks to this broken system, I am completely blocked and helpless.
The experience has been beyond frustrating — it’s a complete waste of time and energy. If something as basic as UAN activation cannot be made to work reliably, it raises serious doubts about the efficiency and accountability of the entire system.
