App horroroso, não se controla distância, tudo é pago… e ainda por cima os likes grátis são poucos ou seja, são cobrados até mesmo em quem você desliza pra esquerda. Péssimos, melhorem

App fraudulento!
Meses atrás, eu usava o aplicativo na versão gratuita e ele me notificava que 100 pessoas que eu curti não tinham visualizado meu perfil. Assinei por um mês e, agora que a assinatura expirou, voltou a aparecer a notificação dizendo que 300 pessoas ainda não viram meu perfil.

For over 2 years now I’ve tried to use the app but no matter what phone or account I try it on, I’m always left waiting in an eternal loading screen that never grants me access to the app itself.
Umatch support is also nonexistent: instagram, email, nothing works. The website doesn’t even have a support channel.
Idk how they hire people to manage their individual college Instagram accounts but mine has seen every single one of my messages over a full month and has responded ONCE with “Have you tried reinstalling the app?” then never responded again.

This is the worst dating app I have ever seen. The design is bad and the system is horrible. Your no’s count as likes and it seems fake almost. NEVER DOWNLOAD THIS APP

O aplicativo é pessimo, os filtros gratuitos são ruins, não tem muitas opções, tem limite de perfis que você pode ver por dia, os perfis que aparecem são de pessoas extremamente longes de você, a versão paga é muito cara pra uma semana só, as opções de pessoas perto são poucas e muito ruins também

I’m still trying to use this app but it’s still hasn’t let me see ANY profiles, so I’m sitting waiting for the app to load and still nothing. It’s a great concept but a bummer the app doesn’t actually work. Tried on my phone and iPad and still nothing.
Seems like a scam
I got a follow from my university’s Umatch Instagram account saying that I had someone who liked me on their app. Problem is, I haven’t been to the university for over two years and no where on my profile does it say I go to the university. To create an account I had to either input my university email or my personal. I wasn’t going to use my university email so I tried my personal. It wouldn’t work. Seems like a scam.

THE INSTAGRAM IS A LIE
Me and my girlfriend both got followed by my college’s Umatch Instagram, so we were curious. Keep in mind, she does NOT go to the same college as me. Anyways, the instagram said if you are followed, it means someone has a crush on you and only “approved students” get followed. Why is this an issue? 1. My girlfriend doesn’t go to my college, so how is she an approved student? 2. How would someone “crush on me” if I don’t have an account? However, we were still curious. After both downloading the app to see who we should avoid at my college, there was no one in my “liked you” list, plus you have to pay to see names of people anyways. Cool idea, bad marketing. Fix your app and please just get a girlfriend through the real world big dawgs. Good luck finding your dudettes, dudes. Much love.

You have to wait an entire day to get to swipe again after like 5 swipes, after you wait it glitches making you wait another day.. all to piss you off enough to pay for a 29 dollar a month subscription on an app for broke college students trying to make new connections.. Are we effin serious?

Pagar pra tudo? Chega a ser uma piada. Paguei 100 moedas p ver a porr* da pessoa q curtiu (que não tem nem prévia básica, o que também é absurdo e ridículo) e simplesmente não desbloqueia, não consigo usar mais moedas p mesma pessoa e nem p ver outra, péssimo, apenas.

Atualização Piorou o App
Depois da última atualização quem me curtiu não aparece mais.
Mesmo recebendo notificações de que fui curtido, ao clicar na aba para visualizar os perfis, a tela está sempre sem ninguém.
Antes da atualização esta funcionalidade estava rodando normalmente.
