Login failure
You can't log in. I literally got on the website fine but the app says invalid username or password. It's the same username and password. Terrible implementation.

My user name and password would not work, even though they work fine on the web.

Can’t login at all
For whatever reason this app just doesn’t work at all and I am having to go online via a browser any time I want to look at my account. So dumb and they should just delete this app if they aren’t going to make it work!
Unusable
You literally cannot log into the app!!! I have tried dozens of times! I have no problem logging into the website, but this app literally will not work… I wish my employer did not use this terrible company.

UMB is the worst all around
I don't ever do 1 start but my local 3 branch bank's app is better. For one you can't actually log in. Two UMB is so far behind times it's not funny. If I had a choice, it wouldn't use UMB for anything. UMB bought out my HSA from a tiny bank in comparison but that tiny bank had 1,000 times better support, service, website, and app.
